You are able to postpone to a new date if available or your booking can roll over to the new event date if a ticketed event/festival. We are committed to honouring all existing bookings and ask guests to work with us to reschedule a booking. In line with this we will be allowing existing bookings to move to a new postponed date with no additional costs. We would ask customers to take into account that these measures represent a financial loss for us, but it is a loss we are prepared to bear in these uncertain times, therefore a booking can only be postponed once to a new date and thereafter cancellation Terms will apply.
